In February of 2022, my client requested a space plan, design, and budget of a potential vacation home and short term rental property in San Juan, Puerto Rico. During our consultation, I found it was important to my client that the space as unique and full of character to attract potential vacationers. They request high end appliances, finishes, and furnishings to attract a wealthier clientele. I chose textural elements with earthy tones to encompass the surround of San Juan within the space.
